Didn't prince write a song about snow in april? I could tell the light looked different in the bedroom when I opened my eyes on Sunday morning so I sprang out of bed to look out of the window. Such a surprise to wake up and see such a gorgeous change of view. Anyway, these gorgeous photos were taken by Mr P on Sunday morning. I love how the light reflects and bounces off the snow, illuminating everything. It was only there a few hours before it melted but it was beautiful while it lasted. Well worth getting up for!

Haha .. I know this was ages ago, but it was a funny surprise! Easter and snow! I hope we will have glorious sunshine and temperatures rising above 20 degrees this Christmas!!! ;)
